Making sure parts and equipment arrive on time can be complex when juggling many projects.  When items are added to an order the sales representative can define if the items needed are in stock or need to be ordered.
This can be changed by order administrators when needed.  Approved orders will automatically show their required items in the requisitioning form.  It is easy to add those items to a new P.O. and then send directly to the supplier by email with a mouse click.  Accounting codes used for the purchase of these items may be setup here so that ordered items are correctly submitted into the accounting software you are using and processed without error.
